[Antennas] Full-Wave 160 Inverted-L. . . . .???

I would go with a 3/4wave inverted L....(1/4wl vertical and 1/2wl horiz or
sloper would be ideal)....easier to match; close to 50ohms..IF you have the
room on 160....full wave will have VERY high Z at the base like a 1/2wl....
