[Antennas] OCF Dipole

When I looked at the cost of materials, especially for a good balun, I 
ended up buying this one  http://hamcall.net/7bandocf.html.  This was just 
before Field Day last year and time was growing short anyway.

It's pricey and a little heavy because it's built so well.  It worked 
perfectly, just as advertised.  If I were building one, I'd use this one as 
a reference.
