[Antennas] Tilt P;ates

Larry,

I can't say that I've seen a plate like you are describing.

That being said, the raising's I've been involved with, use an "A" frame 
toward the top of the tower.  We assemble the beam and attach it to the 
top of the tower with use of ladders.  Then we swing the tower vertical 
with ALL attached.

This plate you describe, would HAVE to include a latching device that 
could tolerate the entire wind load the antenna can take.
