[Antennas] Tower Restrictions,

Here's a thought,

With the urgent need for alternative energy sources.  I wonder,  in 
places that have restrictive tower ordinances (sp?)  anyway,,  I wonder 
how it would look to the general public that if someone wanted to put up 
a tower, "To generate electricity"  and the city did not allow it.

Might be a way to get doors opened,

"If they allowed a tower for a wind generator,,  how can they refuse a 
tower for  emergency "Homeland Security uses"?
