[Antennas] Gap Antenna

Could I please have opinions about the Gap Challenger current version. I 
assembled one of these in 1992. It was installed on the banks of a 800 
acre salt marsh and it worked quite well. I remember putting a 10 over 9 
into Australia (from NE USA) on 40 meters. About 400 watts peak envelope 
power as I remember. It was a bit like a verticle dipole. Anyhow - have 
they changed much over the years? Anybody still using one?
