I have a set of hamsticks I got from Lakeview http://www.hamstick.com/9106.htm
and i have the 10 meter ones up about 20 ft off the roof, and I
talked to Australia just last week, when the band opened...
Of course being up at 1800 ft abouve sea level doesnt hurt either....
I tuned them on at a time, and then set them up as a dipole, and
have had a blast, so far
