Eric, I have no idea what the loss characteristics of this cable are or
how much power it will take, but if your concern is the 100 ohms then I
don't think you need worry.  Just cut it to 1/2 wavelength (or multiple
there of) at the frequency you are using and it will transfer the
impedance of the load without change.  Of course this 1/2 wavelength
must take into consideration the velocity factor of the cable.
