[Antennas] heres a good question

I have a tower  that I am planning on putting up this summer during 
my time off for summer vacation.
  I have a old moon raker boom, it's 15' 9" and i'd like to make a 
nice beam out of it.
So heres my question ( questions )

Can I make a "dual frequency " Beam?
and 2nd question
If YES, can I make a 6 meter and 10 meter beam out of this?

And last question, can some one calculate the 2 beam elements 
spacing  & measurements for me ? or is there a software program that 
i can get that will do it for me? This will be my first attempt at 
building a beam, so I guess i need all the help I can muster.
