[Antennas] Radiation Efficiency?

Hi all:

Given the ONLY information that an antenna - being 1/60th wavelength in size 
-  can be directly fed with 50 ohm coax xmission line with SRW 1:1...what 
statement(s) can be said about the antenna efficiency?
