[Antennas] stacked 1/2 wave 2m colinear

Hello,

I would like to correspond with someone who has built their own 2m
stacked colinear J pole.

I made one out of #12 house wire, 4  elements, and zip strapped it to some 
telescoping fiberglass
poles.  It seems to work OK and the match is good.  My 8 element quagi still 
beats it by a bit even
though it is below it.  In theory, the quagi should be about 1 S unit 
better, but seems to be about
2 S units better.  However, the new colinear beats the old ringo ranger!

I have new aluminum to make a permanent version, but wanted to chat with 
someone who has
done it.

My friends wanted me to buy a G7, but I tell them I now have a G8 (Glen 
8db).
