[Antennas] need a little help

i set up a dipole, 102 feet, feedline is 41 feet 300 ohm twinlead,  connected 
to an mfj tuner,
the dipole is mounted to a mast, about 25 feet high. my radio is a kennwood  
430s. but my problem is, that i can hear not that much, very weak signals, is 
it  possible that something is wrong with the ts-430s? if so, is there 
somebody  close to port saint  lucie, florida, who knows that radio?
