[Antennas] Old HyGain 18AVT Documentation

I am restoring an old HyGain 18AVT, but I have no documentation for the
antenna.  This antenna has the old type traps which are swaged at one side,
as opposed to the newer traps which are of uniform diameter.

The only available documentation is of the later 18AVT model and I believe
that it is not applicable to my old antenna.

The part numbers on my traps are:

57010 20m
57010 15m
57010 10m

Can anyone assist with a manual, diagram or dimensions for the old model
18AVT?
