[Antennas] Securing Ladderline

I live in a high wind area and use ladder line for my 80m dipole.
I secure it at the shack end with a piece of bungy cord that
is fastened to the building.  This removes the strain on the ladder
line at that end.  Up at the antenna, the ladder line is threaded through
tow slots in a piece of plexiglass.  So far it has all held together.
