[Antennas] Can we talk about WLAN antennas here?

Perhaps a range extender would work fro you. Allowing you to use you laptop
anywhere inside your house. I don't know if any have separate TX & RX
antennas. If not perhaps putting it near a window would allow its antenna to
see both your laptop and the one next door.
