[Antennas] PC Board + RF?

Hi guys:

I'm looking for some 'ballpark' replies for this inquiry so I can start 
making some prototypes for testing...thanks.

Given RF in the range 2 to 30 Mc....100 watts, 500 watts and 2000 watts input 
going to a 50 ohm load:

1.  what design considerations are necessary for 1-sided copper PC board 
exposure;
2.  what trace copper thickness should be used with a 3/8 inch wide trace 
spaced every 3/8 inches in parallel fashion;
3.  what spacing for a 90 degree bend to prevent arcing;

...who makes/sells low priced low quantity ( 100 right now ) prototypes??
