[Antennas] Source of Wire With White Insulation?

Jeff,
You could try a Google search for "Bell Wire" (for wiring door bells).
It's typically cheap, in white insulation & inconspicuous (4x2mm diam.). OK 
it's figure of 8, twin conductors but you can short 'em together or tear  it 
into 2 seperate wires and effectivly end up with double the purchased 
length.
