As close as the wire now is to the desired length, and considering the
length of the coax, (it's short), you can work with percentages.
Determine the percentage increase in frequency you want, 3.3 MHz to
whatever.  Then shorten the wire by that same percentage.  This is
a linear formula, but it's close enough for your use.   You can also
take the length of the wire, and the frequency it's most happy with,
and get a new formula:    Feet = ( X ) / MHz.   X is 468 for half
waves, and  234 for quarter waves.  So, I expect you'll get some
figure near 234.  Then use your new formula with the frequency
you want to use the antenna on.  Let us all know how it goes.
