Hi Riccardo,
The ARRL Antenna Book has the information you're looking for in Chapter 6,
in the section on "Shortened Dipoles". There's a chart in there (Fig 55 in
my book) of Inductive Reactance (of the loading coil) versus the position of
the coil. You can choose the amount of shortening of the dipole that you
want. Of course, the longer you can make it, the more efficient it will be.
