[Antennas] dipole vs. double extended zepp

If one is to use a one ant for each band for instance 75 meters, what style
of wire ant would give the best performance,

I have lots of space, 60-foot tower and 300 feet from tower to EACH END,
over 600 feet, the end poles are 30 feet, the ground conditions are poor
here sand and clay, water table is at 100 feet, I am on a small hill 5000
feet valley floor is 4500 feet.

PS 

By placing a balun or a torrid, wound with 13 turns and a 10 foot stub,
solved my match problems on my zepp, but the torrid gets hot,
