Not yet.

I didn't get anything by mail this year and never got a reply to emails 
about it.  Then in mid-January, I noticed the forms were on their site and 
sent one in.  Since sending it in, I finally got a response after another 
email.  They said they would start processing the first of April.  That 
returning vendors would get their usual spots.

It sure makes it hard to firm up plans and room reservations and the like.
