[Antennas] Rotatable Dipole questions

I forgot to add,
I did NOT mount this in a normal way as it is designed..
I mounted it INSIDE the tower With a Thrust bearing to support ALL the
weight. The rotor had to support NOTHING,, all it had to do was turn
the antenna.
