[Antennas] re: butternut antenna

Here is problem.

I have a roof mounted butternut vertical hf-9v antenna. I can't get a match 
on 10/15/6m band. The other bands I can get a decent match. They are above 
the tuning coils on the top of the antenna. I have 4 radials for each band. 
I'm using a MFJ 259b analyzer. The match rage from 7:1 to 14.5:1.  Anyone 
got any ideas as to how I can approsch this problem??
