[Antennas] log-cell yagi design resource wanted

I need to make a yagi with a log-cell that will cover 

144-162 mHz.  Boom length not greater than 150" and 

9 elements maximum exclusive of the log-cell.

I'd be grateful for a site that would allow me to

simply enter my requirements and would then produce

a diagram.
