[Antennas] EZNEC Pgms to buy

Michael,

I had EZNEC 3 and recently upgraded to EZNEC 4, not the +.  Actually, 
EZNEC 3 was good enough, but the 4 had some features I wanted, so I 
upgraded.  I do a lot of modelling, and I don't really need the +, so 
as a beginner, I don't see you would need it either.  There is a free 
program, MMANA by JE3HHT, if money is a problem.  It is harder to use 
but once you have learned it, it gives good results.  Doesn't have 
all the bells and whistles that EZNEC has, but both are based on the 
NEC2 computational engine.
