I said organic salts, I used blood meal, cottonseed, and bone meal, not
sodium chloride to "salt the area, which I did send to the fellow as a
clarification along with the fact that I placed it in pipes to disslove and
decay and to be released by ground water and travel a long the line of the
64 radials the salts wound up migrating into my garden, and raising the
organic value of the land over time and increased the ground conduction. it
didn't  take a lot per acre to midigate the poor ground put it did later
take a good bit of lime to move the ground from blueberry and pine as the
primary growth to a good productive field.
