[Antennas] question

Hi,  I have been given a old 4BTV , with a 75/80 meter coil on top, 
and  was looking for advice on where to install it. I'm thinking 
of  mounting it on a short  ( 4 ft ) piece of pipe bolted to the fence in 
the farthest back part of my yard ( which  is not that big ). I dont have a 
lot of room, but any suggestions on radials and etc?  should i lower it 
closer to the top of the fence ??  I cant go higher, at least not in its 
present place....any and all suggestions welcome,
