[Antennas] Cushcraft MA 8040 ground questions

Dale;

Install as many radials as possible with the MA8040. This is less than
1/8 wave on 80 and less than 1/4 wave on 40, and this is why 
it has radials supplied by the factory.
The closer to the salt water the better as well!
