[Antennas] HyGain AV-14AVQ Tophat

My HyGain AV-14AVQ was in storage for a long time and the three tophat
elements were mislaid.  Unfortunately, the manual does not provide any
dimensions of the actual tophat elements.

I hope someone can provide the exact measurement in mm from the centre of
the mounting screw to the tip of one of the elements.

Your assistance will be appreciated.
