[Antennas] looking for someone who is using a Hy-Gain DIS 7-1 on 30 meters.

I'm putting mine together right now and wondered what you used to short out 
the linear loading wires.
What distance from the black 40 meter insulator did you place the shorting 
wires?
By the chart in figure 9, I think 19" for a center freq of 10.115
and
what dimensions did you use for the last section of element length. By the 
chart I think 20".
Bu the paragraph says "The DES section (the last two tubes on each side of 
the dipole) should be set at 40 inches."
