I don't know their delta loops, but I can vouch for the Quad. It has to be
about the best "bangs per buck" that you'll get.. It's excellent value for
money. They go together fairly easily, and the instructions are pretty good.
If you're not a "technical" type, you'll have no problems getting it on the
air, and it'll work fb.
   If, however, you are an experimenter, you can actually make the thing
even better, by improving the feed arrangement. The single feed system that
is used, is OK, but a bit compromised. The performance on 15 12 and 10m can
be improved by using seperate feeds for each band, and a remote switchbox.
   I run a homebrew Quad myself ( http://www.iol.ie/~bravo/ ) and there is
only one commercial antenna that would tempt me at present.... the 3 el
Steppir.
If I had a very small space for antennas, The Lightning Bolt, DF4SA's
Spiderbeam, and the HEXbeam would be heading the queue on my shortlist.
