Sounds like a perfect spot for a 75 meter dipole to me.

I would put up the 75 meter dipole, as high as possible.  Feed it with 
the ladder line for as much of the run as possible.  Then use the balun 
to finish the run with coax to the tuner.  Since you want to use it on 
all bands, keep the coax run as short as possible to minimize loss.  
Then have fun!
