[Antennas] GAP Challenger VIII HELP

I sent this a week ago to GAP (ACTUALLY TWICE)and haven't heard back? 
maybe some one on antennas can help

I just purchased the subject antenna from a silent key estate (KB3TF) 
and have a couple of questions.
The main sectiontuner rod is missing ( I may be able to find this at 
Lowes).  Do you have replacement parts? 7' 3".  My other question is the 
length of the yellow coax.  The antenna is 3/4 build and was taken 
apart.  The coax comes out of the bottom section 12" and is made up.  It 
goings through the mid section and about 25  ' left and only 2 8' 
section of antenna to go through.  It looks like too much coax??   Does 
the coax get doubled one stuffed up the conduit?  I know he had this up 
and working?  what am I missing.  Maybe I should send you a picture.
