Steve your best bet for real open wire line is at the following web site.
it's 600 ohm stuff i have not see the stuff you have for some years now it
used to be made by saxton (spelling?) cable.

Subject: [Antennas] Open wire transmission line
Anyone out there know where to buy open wire line?
I checked WireMan, Radio Works and several other web sites but didn't
find open wire transmission line in their product lines. Saw lots of
ladder line but no open wire. A google search did not return any useful
leads.
What I've been using is 20 gauge copper spaced at 1 inch. It has white
plastic (at least it looks and feels like plastic) insulators at 6 inch
intervals. I think it's nominal 450 ohm characteristic impedance. I
think I could accommodate some variation from those dimensions.
Thanks and 73,
Steve K8JQ
