[Antennas] coil wiper

I saw one antenna that had a semi-circle groove in the body of the sleeve, in this 
groove was a stainless steel spring, round part in the groove, length around the 
circumference, the coil was inserted into the body and the spring contacted the 
outside of the coil or the wires thereof.  Seemed to work a lot better than 
fingerstock.
