One thing you can try.....
Check your auto parts store for a noise suppressor that connects to coil lead to your dist.
Radio Shack used to sell them also...not sure if they still do.....These can help knock down
some of the spark plug noise. Solved it for me.
Another poss. source could be the fuel injection system, if your rig has it. Still trying to figure
out how to knock that out in my Winstar.
AC,heater fan, wipers, brain boxes......I am fighting noise from all these on one band/radio
or another.....some efforts can knock one out, but make others worse....best I have done is
to reduce to a more manageable level....
