[Antennas] Mobile Mounting - Pickup Truck

Unfortunately, the hitch may not be the best place because of how large
of a diameter of a hat I am planning on.  2' of rod would end up
sticking out from the back of the truck.  Local law enforcement may not
like it.  Or I may just be over paranoid.
