[Antennas] can I add 30 to a 80/40 dipole

I don't believe it will, Bill.  I have used multi dipoles on a single feed 
for years and years and years.   BUT ... a 8Ø/4Ø/2Ø has time and again NOT 
been a good mix ... forget the 2Ø  --   4Ø/2Ø seems fine, though.  Your 
layout may have differences, I usually try to separate the ends of the 
droopy dipoles as much as possible.
Try it .. there is not a whole lot to lose!
