[Antennas] Coaxial Sleeve Dipole

Hello w8okn,

Several years ago, I made one of these for 2m and mounted it on the
plastic trunk (milk crate) on my motorcycle. It did a good job. I
don't remember where I got the construction info for it though. I used
1/2" copper and brazing rod to make it, used a nylon pipe reducer or
plug for the center insulator.
