I appreciate all the input on the question towards the coax question and
I will look into all of it. I was thinking along the same lines on this and
my one thought of mind was to bring all the antenna cables into the room via
one or two pvc pipes about 6 to 8 inches and have one side connected to the
arrester and the other side connecting to a 6/6 coax switch box. Preferrbly
the new MFJ switch box they would go from there straight to the radio's.
The plan was to insert some sort of device that was water proof on one
side that would send it straight to the ground area. I work on board the
ships and we use a conduit and use a puddy on one side when going through
bulk heads to main tain water integraty.
I will start my planning soon.
Thanks and many 73's,
