[Antennas] Antenna question

Hi all,

Obviously, you all know more about antennas than I do.  (I'm a newbie,
studying for my Tech exam next month).  I live in an urban area near
Detroit, MI and have NO room for slopers, long wires, etc, so my only choice
is vertical or attic antennas.  I'm hoping to get at least a receiving
antenna up before the snow flies and am considering this one:
