[Antennas] Inverted "L" made from TV "twin lead"

I wish to make a 160m inverted "L"  from 300 ohm solid dielectric "twin
lead."

I'd be grateful to know the velocity factor for this material.  (I've
lost the book that

had this information in it and another book that had the dimensions.)  

Will operate on the low end, CW-land.
