[Antennas] Insul wire vs bare ant wire length

Hi All,

        Static isn't a problem if a 10k resistor is connected to a
feedline and grounded per the ARRL Handbook or connect RF chokes to the
feedline and ground them..  Use Flexweave copper wire as sold by Radio
Works for the "flat top" and have years of minimal maintenance.
