[Antennas] Vertical Rrad, capacity hat formulae request

I'd be grateful for the formula to calculate Rrad for vertical monopoles
greater

than 90 degrees long.

Also, do the standard "surge impedance" and "short circuit at the top of
the

antenna" formulae hold up if the antenna is more than 90 degrees long?

I'd also be grateful for the formula (ae) to calculate the effect of
adding top loading

wires at 90 degrees to an exsisting top loading wire. And the formula
that would

account for adding a "rim" wire about these wires.

Yet another query:

I'm looking into a 5/8 wave ground-mounted vertical and would be
appreciate any

starting point values for the resonating and matching reactances.

Be Well,

Can't find it in the ARRL Publishing Company's Antenna Book and the
nomograph

printed therein appears inaccurate.
