[Antennas] DCTL Antenna Question

Untuned?

Well, that's your choice, but I like to play it safe.  My swan manual
suggest 4:1 max and it tunes the antenna.  But about 8-10:1 on 10
meters, and it raises @#$$.  It doesn't like it at all.  Arcs and all.
