[Antennas] rg108 (think its twinax)

Ran across some rg108 while looking at the davis rf site. After a google,
came up with the following specs.
My question is, would this make decent qrp shielded balanced line for runs
of 50 feet or less? Thought it might make a usable alternative.

This is a 78 Ohm twinaxial cable for data processing and information systems
up to 10 MHz, 750 V rms maximum at -40 + 85C.
The cable has two 20# insulated conductors, twisted to form a balanced
pair.
The pair is shielded with a TC braid, and the jacket is made of black,
heavy-duty, non-contaminating FR-PVC.
The cable is made per MIL-C-17E.
