[Antennas] HF Directional Antenna

Hello to All,

I am looking for advice on the following and would
appreciate your input:

1.  Best overall directional antenna for 20-10 meters
including WARC bands.  I am planning an installation
for the spring and have become overwhelmed with all of
the data out there.  I am currently considering the
Mosley TA-33, the Force 12 C3SS, and the Tenedyne T-8
log periodic.  I like the T-8, but have heard that log
periodics don't have the gain of a yagi.  I have also
heard that the C3SS has marginal performance on 17 and
12 meters.  Any recommendations, including other
antennas you all would suggest that I evaluate?

2.  What are the alternatives and best choices for
telescopic masts?  I want something that will get me
up between 50 and 70 feet at a fairly reasonable price
and that will support the antennas mentioned above (up
to 8.5 s.f.)
