[Antennas] Raising hogs instead of antennas

In 1984, I was looking at some property in Tucson that looked like a
pretty good location (3.3 acres, reasonably priced).  The CC&Rs were
very antenna-unfriendly and the sales agent said that the developer had
already been asked about exceptions and the answer was "no way". 
Reading a bit further, the CC&Rs explicitly stated that there were no
limitations on animals.  I commented, "I guess I could raise hogs
instead," and got the reply that it would be fine!
