[Antennas] Raising hogs instead of antennas

Actually, it's been done.  I forget the details, but there was an item in 
the news within the past few weeks about a fellow who wanted to re-zone 
his property from agricultural to commercial.  The neighbors objected.  He 
installed a hog pen on his front lawn.  Negotiations began.

Haven't heard the results.  Has anyone else?
