Paint it flat black and don't say anything to the neighbor.  They will
notice because they know you are doing something but probably would have
never noticed otherwise.

I am going to be putting up the following j-pole.

I have a neighbor dead set against my placement of such antenna. They 
highest point of placement is the chimney 30ft up which faces his house. 
I could use and would greatly appreciate any advice on camouflaging the 
antenna.
