[Antennas] antenna paint

Hey Jim,
Not too bad an idea.  We have a few cellphone towers in this area where
efforts have been made to make them look like tall/skinny pine trees.  It
must work to some degree because I have mentioned this to others in the area
and they had not noticed them until they specifically looked for subject
towers.
